The sales and marketing of a property can greatly benefit from mast photography by allowing an elevated view of the surroundings in which the property lies. Compared to a ground level photography the property will convey a true and detailed perspective of the property prior to viewing.

The technology used to achieve these unique photographs is highly advanced giving top quality results and can be setup in fewer than 15 minutes. A camera is elevated up to 50 ft using a telescopic mast. Once elevated the operator has full remote control of the camera rotation, tilt and zoom whilst being able to instantly view the image from the ground on a colour LCD monitor for precise picture composition before the picture is taken. A computer laptop is used to adjust the camera settings and take the final image which is downloaded immediately using special software.

*The weather is naturally an unpredictable constraint. Weather forecasting is used to minimize disruption for scheduled appointments and work will be re-scheduled if conditions are not acceptable.

To maintain the high quality of our images we capture photographs in JPEG/RAW format. Images can be later enhanced at our studio, where we can crop, colour balance and retouch for the final image at no charge.

*Photographs that are to be used to present a property for sale must comply with the Property Mis-Description Act 1991. As such, we can remove For Sale signs and other temporary objects, but we cannot touch up the appearance of the property, nor remove unsightly permanent structures or objects from either the property or the surrounding environment.
